Our Staff

Pastor Rich is a lifelong resident of Ashland. He and his wife Donita have been married over 55 years and have two grown children and 3 grandchildren. For over 35 years Rich has gone through extensive training, led numerous bible studies, worked with various youth groups, and has led worship in over 15 different congregations in and around Ashland County. While volunteering at numerous local and worldwide ministries, he was called by his home church to be their pastor. Being a member of King Road Christian for over 25 years has given him a unique insight of the needs of our community as well as our church home. His preaching style is Biblically based, loves to sing, but above all has a caring heart for all God’s children.

We welcome Brad Williams December 1, 2025 to our congregation.

Originally from Davenport Iowa, Brad Spent 40 years in Air Force Fire Protection retiring in 2025. He has served in ministry in multiple churches in central Ohio. He has spent the last eight years as worship leader and associate pastor at Heartland Alliance Church in Lexington Ohio. He has been married to his wife Lorrie for 40 years. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. Brad has Masters degrees in Ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Theology from the Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a licensed pastor through the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Brian Nabors is a graduate from Ashland University, M.E. and The Ohio State University, B.M.E. Currently Brian is a teacher at Shelby Middle and High School, in Shelby, Ohio, where his choirs have continually received Superior ratings at the OMEA Large Group Adjudication. His Chamber Choir had the opportunity to perform with the Ashland Symphony Orchestra, Mansfield Symphony Orchestra, and the OMEA conference in Cincinnati. In addition to teaching, Brian has served as the musical director for various high school, college and community productions. He recently preformed on-stage as Fats Waller in the community production of Ain’t Misbehavin’ at the Renaissance Theater in Mansfield. In his free time, Brian also serves as a clinician and adjudicator for the Ohio Music Educators Association, and the music director for King Road Christian Church in Ashland.
